Nozomi Omote is a professional percussionist, well-known in Brisbane and beyond for her percussion performance, in groups like Shugorei, Ensemble Sooon and Camerata Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra. She is a classically trained pianist and a versatile musician, with decades of experience teaching private tuition and taught for many years at Queensland Conservatorium. She is a percussion teacher at QYO and St Peters Lutheran College.
